Job summary

DTNA in Las Vegas is seeking a senior operations leader for the Parts Distribution Center. You will provide leadership to supervisory staff, plan schedules, and drive continuous improvement across processes and safety programs.

The role requires Lean/CI expertise, SAP/DView/IMS proficiency, and strong budgeting and vendor management. You will partner with the PDC Manager to optimize throughput and inventory while maintaining excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• BS/BA and 7 years of relevant experience in a high-volume manufacturing or logistics setting.
• Previous leadership experience within an operational environment is required.
• Knowledge and application of Lean/Continuous Improvement tools and principles is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required.
• Ability to coach and develop employees to higher levels of performance.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and support to supervisory staff within the Parts Distribution Center.
• Plan and establish work schedules, staffing requirements, and production sequences.
• Lead the PDC Continuous Improvement effort and implement TOS processes.
• Analyze data to identify production issues and develop improvement actions.
• Develop and execute strategic plans for process improvements and efficiency.
• Lead safety, security, vendor management, and equipment maintenance programs.
• Manage inventory control, budgets, and customer service activities.
• Coordinate staffing levels and recruitment with the PDC Manager.
• Ensure compliance with policies and facilitate cross-functional problem solving.
