Job summary

PACCAR Parts is seeking a senior operations leader to direct warehouse shifts for a 265,000 sq ft facility, overseeing a team of 65+ associates and supervisors. You will drive safety, quality, and on-time delivery while championing continuous improvement and cost controls across the operation.

With a Bachelor's degree and 7+ years in logistics or manufacturing, you will lead with integrity, mentor leaders, and collaborate with dealers to enhance loyalty and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of related industry experience.
• Minimum 3 years of leadership and supervision experience.
• Six Sigma certification (Green or Black Belt) preferred.
• Strong leadership, problem solving, and change management skills.
• Experience in distribution, logistics, manufacturing, or inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Direct all shift warehouse operations of a 265,000 sq ft facility.
• Lead with integrity, promote teamwork, and communicate across levels.
• Manage costs, productivity, quality, inventory, service, and safety metrics.
• Drive continuous improvement using data and stats; focus on accountability.
• Oversee budgets and outbound freight to balance quality and cost.
• Recruit, train, evaluate staff, and develop future leaders.
• Coordinate reports and participate in special projects.
• Cultivate relationships with dealers and monitor regional market knowledge.
