Job summary

Responsibilities

• Leads cross-functional teams to identify and eliminate inefficiencies in layout, process and material flow.
• Designs storage locations to maximize space and reduce labor costs.
• Project manager for Lean initiatives across Home Office and PDC Network.
• Supports EHS initiatives by identifying non-compliant processes.
• Collaborates with leadership to standardize processes and document improvements.
• Represents PDC in understanding site infrastructure and IT integration.
• Develops productivity targets by analyzing labor data and presenting findings.
