Job summary

Hyundai MOBIS Parts America in Florida seeks an experienced Supervisor for the PDC to lead daily operations, supervise staff, and ensure accurate KPI performance. You will drive training programs, monitor safety practices, and manage reporting with the PDC Manager and customers.

The role emphasizes inventory control, budget adherence, and continuous improvement within a distribution center environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
• 2-4 years of frontline supervisory experience with leadership, organization and communication.
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a Distribution Center, Warehouse or manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide training programs, supervise trainers and on-the-job training for processors with emphasis on safety.
• Manage direct report performance with quarterly reviews and monthly discussions.
• Supervise daily volumes and activities to meet KPI targets and budget.
• Oversee administrative functions, maintain communication with PDC Manager and customers.
• Prioritize inventory activities including cycle counts and dealer returns resolutions.
