Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics or Computer Engineering required.
• 8+ years in test engineering, preferably EMS/PCBA/electronics manufacturing.
• 3+ years leading or managing engineering teams.
• Strong PCBA Functional Testing, ICT and Flying Probe expertise.
• Experience with test program development, fixtures, validation and processes.
• Able to drive NPI, production ramp-up, yields and test reliability.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Test Engineering team and set priorities.
• Define test strategies, standards and best practices.
• Oversee PCBA test development including functional, ICT and flying probe.
• Support NPI and production ramp-up with test readiness.
• Drive improvements in yield, test coverage and cycle time.
• Collaborate with QA, Design, and Program Management.
