Job Juncture is seeking a Test Engineering Manager for its Newark, CA operation. You will lead a team responsible for PCBA testing across Functional Test, ICT, and Flying Probe methods, ensuring robust coverage and manufacturing readiness.

The role emphasizes leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and driving improvements in test efficiency and yields in a high-volume electronics environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related engineering field is required.
• 8+ years in test engineering, preferably in EMS/PCBA electronics manufacturing.
• 3+ years of engineering team leadership or management experience.
• Strong PCBA testing expertise including ICT and flying probe testing.
• Experience with NPI, production ramp-up, yield improvement, and high-volume manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Test Engineers with clear priorities and timelines.
• Develop, validate, and maintain PCBA test strategies and programs.
• Troubleshoot complex test failures and drive root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate with NPI, Manufacturing, Quality, and Design teams to ensure readiness.
• Drive continuous improvement in yield, coverage, cycle time, and reliability.
