Job summary

You will direct PCBA test strategies and develop robust test solutions across Functional Testing, ICT, and Flying Probe, aligning with NPI and production ramp-up goals. The role requires strong leadership, deep PCBA testing expertise, and a track record of improving test efficiency and manufacturing yields through data-driven

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics/Computer Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years in test engineering in EMS/PCBA/electronics manufacturing.
• 3+ years leading or managing engineering teams.
• Strong PCBA Functional Testing, ICT and Flying Probe expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Test Engineers with clear priorities and performance expectations.
• Define test strategies, standards, and best practices across manufacturing programs.
• Oversee PCBA testing solutions including Functional Test, ICT, and Flying Probe; optimize test programs and fixtures.
• Drive NPI test strategies and support production ramp-up with cross-functional partners.
• Pursue continuous improvements in test coverage, cycle times, yields, and reliability.
