Job summary

Printed Circuits Corp in Lilburn, GA, is seeking a Production Manager to lead day-to-day PCBA manufacturing operations, driving throughput, quality, and on-time delivery across SMT, through-hole, and final assembly.

You will manage supervisors and technicians, coordinate with quality and engineering, ensure AS9100D and ITAR compliance, and lead continuous improvement on the production floor.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of production management experience in PCBA/EMS or electronics manufacturing.
• Experience leading manufacturing teams and driving performance.
• Strong knowledge of SMT/PCBA processes and manufacturing metrics.

Responsibilities

• Own daily production planning and scheduling across SMT, through-hole, and final assembly to meet delivery commitments.
• Manage and develop production supervisors, operators, and technicians, including staffing, training, and performance management.
• Drive line balancing, capacity planning, and labor allocation across concurrent work orders.
• Monitor daily production metrics and take corrective action when targets are missed.
• Coordinate with quality and test engineering to resolve production issues and implement corrective/preventive actions.
• Ensure compliance with AS9100D and ITAR/export-control requirements.
• Lead root-cause investigations for production and quality escalations.
• Manage production documentation, traveler accuracy, and records.
• Coordinate with procurement on material availability and shortages.
• Support NPI transitions from engineering to production.
