Qualifications

• 8+ years of operations/manufacturing leadership experience.
• Experience managing production, supply chain, and quality and leading other managers.
• Strong financial acumen — budget ownership, cost control, and operating metrics.
• Experience operating within a regulated quality system (AS9100D, ISO 9001, or similar).
• Excellent cross-functional leadership and communication skills, with experience interfacing with customers and executive leadership.
• Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and production planning tools.

Responsibilities

• Own site operations across production, materials, planning, and facilities, aligning execution with business goals.
• Set and manage operating budgets, headcount plans, and capital equipment needs.
• Coordinate with sales and programs to match capacity with demand and new business.
• Oversee production, procurement, and quality leads to drive accountability.
• Establish and report site KPIs (on-time delivery, yield, cost, capacity).
• Drive lean initiatives to boost efficiency, reduce costs, and raise throughput.
• Ensure AS9100D and ITAR/export-control compliance across functions.
• Lead cross-functional resolution of shortages, changes, and escalations.
• Support strategic growth, including equipment, headcount, and process capability.
• Develop and mentor department managers and supervisors.
