Job summary

Printed Circuits Corp, Lilburn, GA, is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a shift on our PCBA production floor, ensuring safety, schedule adherence, and high-quality output.

You will supervise operators across SMT/assembly/test, coordinate with quality, materials, and engineering, and enforce AS9100D and IPC-A-610 standards in a regulated environment. On-site position with shift flexibility.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory experience in electronics/PCBA manufacturing.
• Working knowledge of SMT/PCBA processes and IPC-A-610 workmanship standards.
• Strong communication and people leadership skills.
• Experience in regulated quality environments (AS9100D).

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of operators and technicians across SMT, assembly, and/or test on your shift.
• Monitor line performance against schedule and escalate delays or quality issues in real time.
• Enforce work instructions, safety procedures, and AS9100D requirements on the floor.
• Train new operators and cross-train existing staff on processes and equipment.
• Track attendance and performance; support performance reviews and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with quality, materials, and engineering to resolve line issues quickly.
• Maintain accurate production records and shift handoff reports.

Printed Circuits Corp is a contract electronics manufacturer (EMS/PCBA) supporting aerospace, defense, industrial, and medical customers. We're AS9100D certified and operate under ITAR/export-control requirements, and we're actively growing our presence in the industrial and medical sectors.

We're looking for a Production Supervisor to lead a shift on our PCBA production floor, keeping the line running safely, on schedule, and to quality standards.

What you'll do:

• Supervise daily activities of operators and technicians across SMT, assembly, and/or test on your shift
• Monitor line performance against schedule and elevate delays, shortages, or quality issues in real time
• Enforce work instructions, safety procedures, and AS9100D quality requirements on the floor
• Train new operators and cross-train existing staff on processes and equipment
• Track attendance, performance, and conduct for direct reports; support performance reviews and corrective actions
• Coordinate with quality, materials, and engineering to resolve line issues quickly
• Maintain accurate production records, travelers, and shift handoff reports

What you bring:

• 2+ years of supervisory experience in an electronics/PCBA manufacturing environment
• Working knowledge of SMT/PCBA processes and IPC-A-610 or similar workmanship standards
• Strong communication and people-leadership skills
• Comfort working in a regulated quality environment (AS9100D or similar)

Requirements:

• Must be a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident (U.S. Person) due to ITAR/export-control obligations
• Able to work on-site in Lilburn, GA; shift flexibility required
