Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems.

Responsibilities

Create and maintain the master production schedule across SMT, assembly, and test based on customer due dates and shop capacity.
Release work orders and monitor progress against schedule, adjusting for material availability and shop constraints.
Coordinate with procurement on material readiness and flag shortages that put schedule at risk.
Communicate schedule status and delivery risk to production management and customer-facing teams.
Maintain accurate data in the ERP/MRP system for work orders, routings, and due dates.
Support capacity planning and load-leveling across work centers.
