JOB REQUIREMENTS: We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Production Manager to oversee and optimize our PCBA manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electronics manufacturing, team leadership, and continuous improvement. This role is critical in ensuring that production goals are met with high levels of safety, quality, on‑time delivery and efficiency in a fast‑paced contract manufacturing environment.

Essential Functions

• Production Oversight: Manage day‑to‑day operations of the PCBA production floor, including SMT, through‑hole, and final assembly processes.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor production area managers, leads, and operators; foster a culture of ownership, accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
• Deliver on Key Outcomes: Own KPIs across SQDC and take actions to ensure goals are achieved.
• Training & Development: Develop and execute plans to attract, onboard, and train front‑line associates; provide opportunities for skill building, cross‑training and advancement into Leads and Area Manager roles.
• Planning & Execution: Coordinate with planning and procurement to align schedules with customer delivery requirements; manage capacity to meet or exceed demand.
• Quality Assurance: Work closely with the Quality team to ensure compliance with IPC standards, ISO certifications and customer‑specific requirements.
• Process Improvement: Implement Lean manufacturing and other continuous improvement methodologies to improve efficiency, reduce waste and enhance product quality.
• Equipment & Maintenance: Ensure all production equipment is properly maintained, calibrated and coordinate upgrades and repairs with maintenance and engineering teams.
• Customer Interaction: Support customer audits, visits and technical discussions as needed.
