Job summary

Rightway is seeking a Senior Client Success Manager to lead key PBM client relationships, drive service delivery, and ensure client satisfaction through consultative account management.

You will partner with the Implementation Team, coordinate with operations, and guide clients through enrollment, benefit changes, and ongoing pharmacy operations. This role is remote or based in Dallas, TX, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 5–8 years in pharmacy operations or PBM context.
• Remote or Dallas, TX location.
• Strong communication, consultative skills, and ability to influence without direct reporting lines.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall PBM client relationships and deliverables.
• Maintain regular contact with clients and internal account team.
• Lead client meetings and quarterly/annual business reviews.
• Partner with Implementation Team for seamless post-launch transitions.
• Gather client requirements for annual open enrollment and benefit changes.
• Support clients through inquiries, enrollment issues, and claims resolution.
• Identify trends and coordinate with operations/vendor partners to mitigate risks.
• Drive standardization and production/operational improvements across accounts.
