Candidates should be proficient with UKG/ADP/Aspire and MS Office, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Five years of verifiable payroll processing experience.
• Strong knowledge of California state and federal wage & hour laws.
• Experience with time & attendance analysis and payroll documentation.
• Ability to work accurately under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Process weekly payroll for 200+ employees.
• Maintain payroll records and reports.
• Enter absences and review meals/rest breaks for CA compliance.
• Prepare and submit certified payroll documentation.
• Respond to payroll inquiries and assist with new hire orientations.
