Job summary

Rosendin is seeking a Field Payroll Supervisor to lead a team responsible for accurate multi-state payroll processing and time record management. You will ensure compliance with federal and state laws while coordinating with HR and IT to resolve issues.

The role requires deep payroll knowledge, strong analytical skills, and the ability to mentor staff in a fast-paced construction environment. Travel up to 15% is possible.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of multi-state payroll tax rules and union contracts.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Experience with Fusion Oracle and Workday is preferred.
• Construction industry union payroll experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team handling complex multi-state payrolls and timekeeping.
• Monitor workloads and reassign tasks to meet deadlines.
• Train and evaluate staff; conduct performance reviews as needed.
• Advise on payroll policy and ensure compliance with laws.
• Audit time records and payroll data for accuracy and integrity.
• Collaborate with HR on leaves, transfers, and adjustments.
