Rosendin is seeking a Field Payroll Supervisor to lead a payroll team responsible for accurate processing of multi-state and union payrolls. You will oversee timekeeping, payroll deductions, and compliance, while coordinating with HR and IT to resolve issues and implement improvements.

Ideal candidates bring seven+ years in payroll (preferably with a union employer), strong MS Office skills, and experience with Fusion Oracle and Workday.

Aufgaben

• Supervise a payroll team handling complex multi-state and union activities.
• Monitor workloads and prioritize team assignments.
• Train subordinates and conduct performance reviews as needed.
• Serve as a resource/mentor to payroll staff and related teams.
• Assess risk and approve policy exceptions within guidelines.
• Process, audit, and review timekeeping, payroll, and benefit setups.
• Audit time records and ensure compliance across locations.
• Resolve escalated employee issues per collective bargaining agreement guidelines.
• Collaborate with HR on leaves of absence and transfers.
• Stay current on payroll regulations and tax law changes.
• Assist IT and QA in payroll system enhancements and testing.
• Support year-end processes and reporting as needed.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
