Rosendin Electric, Inc. is seeking a Field Payroll Supervisor to oversee payroll processing and time records across multiple states. The role leads a team, ensures accuracy, and resolves payroll issues in collaboration with HR and IT.

Qualifications

• Payroll multi-state tax knowledge
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Experience with Fusion Oracle and Workday preferred
• Union employer experience preferred
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize under time pressure

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team responsible for complex multi-state/union payroll activities
• Monitor workloads and prioritize team assignments
• Train subordinates and conduct performance reviews
• Mentor payroll staff and act as a resource for payroll functions
• Process, audit, and analyze timekeeping, payroll, and benefit setups/deductions
• Ensure compliance with federal/state laws and union contracts
• Resolve escalated employee questions regarding paychecks and W-2s
• Collaborate with HR on leave, transfers, and address changes
