You will work with HR on leaves, transfers, and policy changes, mentoring staff and driving process improvements. This role emphasizes accuracy, confidentiality, and timely issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Payroll multi-state tax knowledge required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with union contracts preferred.
• Associate degree or higher in finance or related field.

Responsibilities

• Supervise payroll team handling multi-state/union payrolls.
• Audit timekeeping, payroll, and deductions.
• Ensure compliance with laws and union contracts.
• Collaborate with HR on leaves and transfers.
• Assist with audits and month-end closing.
