Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc. is seeking a Manager, Field Payroll to lead accurate and timely wage payments across our nationwide electrical construction projects. You will ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and union agreements while supporting Rosendin's employee-owners.

You will manage a team of Field Payroll Specialists, integrate timekeeping with Workday, collaborate with project managers and HR, and drive process improvements while staying current on payroll law and industry contracts.

Qualifications

• Experience leading payroll teams across multi-state projects.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local wage laws.
• Excellent attention to detail and data integrity.
• Proven ability to collaborate with PMs, HR, and field staff.
• Experience with Workday and complex timekeeping systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Field Payroll Specialists.
• Oversee end-to-end multi-state, multi-union payroll processing.
• Ensure compliance with wage laws and CBAs.
• Integrate timekeeping with Workday and resolve discrepancies.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Field Supervisors, HR, and Project Controls.
• Support payroll audits and provide documentation.
• Identify and implement payroll process improvements.
• Analyze and resolve payroll tax discrepancies.
• Prepare payroll reports for management and compliance.
• Stay updated on payroll legislation and union provisions.
