Job summary

Truliant Federal Credit Union is seeking a Payroll Specialist in North Carolina to ensure accurate, timely payroll processing and compliance across semi-monthly and bi-weekly cycles.

You’ll audit Workday HRIS data, answer payroll questions, and train managers on payroll policies while partnering with HR and vendors to maintain reliable payroll operations. A Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years payroll processing experience.
• Knowledge of payroll tax laws and HR practices.
• Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables) and Word.

Responsibilities

• Process and reconcile semi-monthly and bi-weekly payroll.
• Audit Workday HRIS data and respond to payroll questions.
• Guide employees and managers on payroll policies and training.
