Job summary

Truliant Federal Credit Union is seeking a Payroll Specialist to own and optimize semi-monthly and bi-weekly payroll processes. You’ll ensure accurate payments, tax compliance, and timely reporting while guiding managers on payroll policies and timekeeping.

Strong data accuracy and confidentiality are essential in a fast-paced, member-focused environment. You’ll audit Workday HRIS data, resolve discrepancies, and collaborate with HR and vendors to maintain payroll integrity and process

Qualifications

• 5+ years of payroll processing experience or closely related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work-related experience.
• Experience with Workday payroll processing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process and reconcile semi-monthly and bi-weekly payroll with accuracy.
• Audit data for payroll correctness and respond to payroll questions.
• Guide managers on payroll policies and provide training materials.
