Job summary

Truliant Federal Credit Union in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Workday System Administrator to ensure a secure, reliable HR technology experience, owning system configuration, security, and reporting across HR modules.

You will collaborate with HR, IT and Security, drive upgrades and enhancements, and translate complex requirements into practical Workday solutions that support the business and members.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on Workday administration including Core HCM, Payroll, Benefits, security, and reporting.
• Experience managing Security Groups by RBAC, User, and Job.
• Experience with Compensation rules, components, and cycles.
• Workday upgrade cycles and release management experience.

Responsibilities

• Own Workday HRIS administration, configuration, security, reporting, and ongoing improvements across HR modules.
• Develop reports and dashboards; support users and partner with HR and IT teams on implementations and integrations.
• Monitor Workday releases, improve internal processes, and share risks and recommendations.
