Qualifications

• 5+ years of payroll processing experience or closely related experience.
• Current knowledge of payroll tax laws, human resources practices, and recordkeeping requirements.
• Ability to process, balance, document, distribute, and reconcile semi-monthly and bi-weekly payroll.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel and Word including VLOOKUP and PivotTables.
• Strong math, research, and data-analysis skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication in English.
• Ability to organize multiple priorities and protect confidential information.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work-related experience.

Responsibilities

• Process and reconcile semi-monthly and bi-weekly payroll.
• Audit payroll and Workday HRIS data; research discrepancies and respond to questions.
• Guide employees and managers on payroll and timekeeping; create training materials and lead monthly training.
• Partner with HR, managers, and external vendors to strengthen payroll processes and maintain accurate records.
