Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP in Jefferson City, MO is seeking a Payroll Specialist to support client payroll processing and reporting. You will ensure accuracy in client systems, process payrolls on time, and prepare earnings and tax reports.

You will build trusted client relationships, maintain data confidentiality, assist with implementations, train clients on payroll processes, and stay up to date with local, state, and federal regulations.

Formación

• 3 years of relevant payroll experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; experience can be considered in lieu.
• CPP preferred.
• Experience with ADP RUN software and implementation.
• Proficient in Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure payroll information accuracy in client systems.
• Process payrolls timely to meet deadlines, update records, calculate bonuses or severance.
• Prepare reports of earnings, taxes, deductions, and employer contributions.
• Establish strong client relationships and consult on payroll matters.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee data.
• Assist implementation team and train clients on payroll processes.
• Support new client implementations and ensure timely delivery.
• Share knowledge with team and stay updated on laws.
