Qualifications

• 3 years of payroll experience is required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; experience can substitute.
• CPP certification preferred.
• Experience with ADP RUN and payroll implementation is required.
• Proficient in Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Ensure payroll data accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Process payrolls timely and update records, bonuses, or severance as needed.
• Prepare payroll reports including earnings, taxes, and employer contributions.
• Consult with clients on payroll matters and maintain confidentiality.
• Manage client implementation projects and train clients on payroll processes.
