Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills including listening and critical reading.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive payroll materials.
• Experience with multi-state payroll and manufacturing environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist payroll department in performing daily operations.
• Collaborate with payroll vendor to process garnishments, child support orders, tax levies, and quarterly verifications.
• Administrative duties in support of the payroll department.
• Collect, verify, and store payroll data.
• Reconcile payroll-related general ledger and prepare reports.
• Monitor Payroll-related emails and files.
• Other duties as assigned by Payroll Manager.
