Job summary

Lucid Motors USA, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Payroll Professional with automotive or manufacturing payroll experience. You will support daily payroll operations, work with vendors on garnishments and tax verifications, and maintain confidential payroll data across multi-state regimes.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in payroll, familiarity with Dayforce, SuccessFactors, and Workforce Software, and a degree in Business with accounting focus. This is a full-time on-site role in Arizona.

Qualifications

• AA/Diploma in Business with accounting emphasis or equivalent education preferred.
• CPP certification is a plus but not required.
• Strong knowledge of payroll laws and multi-state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist payroll department in performing daily operations.
• Collaborate with payroll vendor to process garnishments, tax levies, and reports.
• Maintain payroll data records and reconcile payroll accounts.
• Support confidential handling of sensitive information.
