Job summary

RXinsider LTD. seeks a Payroll Specialist to support payroll processing across the U.S. and Canada, validating data and outputs prepared by others. The role requires deep knowledge of federal, state, and provincial payroll rules to ensure timely, accurate payroll for a multi-jurisdictional workforce.

The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, audit readiness, and experience with ADP and SuccessFactors, maintaining strict confidentiality while coordinating with HR and finance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of end-to-end payroll experience in U.S. and Canadian jurisdictions.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. federal/state payroll laws and Canadian payroll legislation.
• Experience with payroll systems: ADP and SuccessFactors.

Responsibilities

• Process multi-state U.S. and multi-province Canadian payrolls bi-weekly, semi-monthly, or monthly.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state/provincial/local payroll laws and reporting.
• Validate payroll inputs from HR, time & attendance, and benefits for accuracy.
• Investigate errors, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare payroll reports for finance, HR, and auditors; support month- and year-end closes.
• Coordinate with auditors and government agencies to provide validated payroll data.
