Lucid Motors is seeking a European Payroll Specialist to ensure accurate and timely payroll across multiple European countries. You will report to the European Payroll Lead and work closely with HR, Finance, and external providers to deliver a great employee experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, finance or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience with European payroll processes.
• Knowledge of payroll legislation and taxation in Europe.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in Excel and MS Office.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end payroll for multiple European countries.
• Gather, validate, and upload payroll data including new hires and compensation changes.
• Review payroll reports, reconcile results, and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain payroll documentation and calendars in line with controls.
• Ensure compliance with local payroll laws, taxes, and audits.
• Coordinate with external providers and HR/Finance teams.
