Job summary

LeoForce is seeking a Payroll Manager to lead end-to-end payroll across multiple states and locations from Fort Worth, TX. You will manage a small payroll team, ensure accuracy, maintain compliance, and optimize ADP Workforce Now within a fast-paced environment.

The role reports to the CFO and partners with Accounting, HR, Finance, and Operations to deliver a consistent employee experience while supporting growth and acquisitions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive payroll experience across multi-state, multi-site operations.
• Proven leadership of payroll teams and vendor relationships.
• Extensive knowledge of multi-state payroll taxes, deductions, and compliance.
• Advanced Excel skills for complex payroll reporting and data analysis.
• CPP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end payroll processing across multiple states and sites.
• Oversee payroll tax registrations, reconciliations, and compliance.
• Direct and develop the payroll team with clear performance expectations.
• Optimize ADP Workforce Now systems and integrations.
• Maintain payroll calendars, controls, and standard operating procedures.
• Ensure wage and hour compliance and accurate final pay and garnishments.
• Coordinate W-2 processing and year-end activities.
• Partner with HR, Accounting, and leadership on payroll initiatives.
