Guardian Fleet Services Inc. is seeking a Payroll Manager to handle end-to-end payroll processing for multi-state operations from our San Antonio, FL location.

The role includes validating time data, managing garnishments and payroll taxes, and coordinating benefits with HR and Finance. You will maintain accurate employee records, respond to payroll inquiries, and prepare leadership reports while identifying opportunities to improve payroll processes and systems in a fast-paced transportation

Qualifications

• End-to-end payroll processing experience for multi-state operations.
• Experience managing garnishments and related compliance.
• Knowledge of payroll taxes at federal, state, and local levels.
• Understanding of employee benefits and how elections affect net pay.
• Experience with payroll software and HRIS platforms; proficiency in spreadsheets and reporting.
• Solid understanding of wage and hour laws and HR compliance practices.
