Job summary

Guardian Fleet Services, based in the United States, is seeking a Payroll Manager to lead payroll operations for all employees. This onsite role reports to the VP of Human Capital and offers the chance to build scalable processes as the company grows.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of payroll experience, multi-state knowledge, and proficiency with Paycor, ADP, Paylocity, Workday, or UKG. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of payroll experience, including multi-state payroll.
• 2 years of managing payroll function.
• Strong knowledge of payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements.
• Experience with payroll systems (Paycor, ADP, Paylocity, Workday, UKG).
• CPP or FPC certification (preferred).
• Experience with UKG and Smartsheet (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for all employees.
• Ensure accuracy of wages, deductions, bonuses, and taxes.
• Develop and maintain payroll policies and collaborate with HR and Finance.
