Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a Payroll Manager to lead the U.S. and Canada payroll function, overseeing 24 direct/indirect reports and ensuring weekly payroll delivery with exceptional service in a high-volume environment.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 7+ years of payroll experience (3+ as a manager), CPP certification, and strong knowledge of wage laws and reporting. Travel minimal; on-site operations in Houston.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred.
CPP certification required.
Minimum of 7 years payroll experience with 3 years as a Payroll Manager in a high-volume environment.
Knowledge of federal, state and local wage laws, garnishments, payroll tax and regulatory reporting.
Experience with time keeping, POS and other payroll related systems.
Experience with a multi-state payroll department (10,000+ employees).

Responsabilités

Oversee biweekly, weekly and semi-monthly payroll processing for salaried, hourly, tipped, seasonal and union employees across US states and Canada.
Lead, mentor and develop payroll staff to meet goals and maintain customer service.
Ensure strong internal controls and SOX compliance in payroll processes.
Produce reports for executives, HR, Benefits and Risk Management as needed.
Serve as payroll liaison with service providers and other departments.
Maintain confidentiality and improve payroll turnaround times and accuracy.
