Qualifications

• CPP certification required (must be current).
• Minimum of 10 years payroll experience with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Experience as a Payroll Manager in organization with more than 10,000 employees.
• Multi-state experience, including California, required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accurate and timely processing of payrolls for multiple states.
• Lead and mentor payroll team members toward goals.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations.
• Maintain high levels of customer service and confidentiality.
• Evaluate payroll processes for continuous improvement.
