Job summary

Solera, located in Westlake, Texas, is seeking a Senior Payroll Manager for the Americas to lead multi-country payroll operations across the U.S., Canada, Mexico, and LATAM. You will drive timely, accurate payroll delivery, strengthen controls, and partner with HR, Finance, Legal, and IT to support payroll transformation initiatives.

The role requires 10+ years in payroll with 5+ years in leadership, strong regulatory knowledge, and experience with ADP.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive payroll experience, including leadership across multi-country operations.
• 5+ years of payroll leadership, managing payroll teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Experience overseeing US, Canada, Mexico, and LATAM payroll environments.
• Strong knowledge of US/Canada payroll regulations and SOX controls.
• Experience with third-party providers like ADP and payroll transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead payroll operations across the Americas region, including US/Canada/Mexico and LATAM.
• Develop and execute payroll strategy aligned with compliance and operational excellence.
• Oversee payroll accuracy, timeliness, controls, and vendor performance.
• Mentor payroll specialists and manage country-level execution partners.
• Drive standardization, automation, and centralization of payroll processes.
• Support audits with complete documentation and control evidence.
