Job summary

Solera Holdings, LLC. is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Processor to support end-to-end payroll operations across the US and Canada. You will ensure accurate data entry, validation and coordination with local vendors for timely payments.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 3–6 years of payroll experience and proficiency in Workday/ADP; multi-state payroll knowledge is essential. This is an on-site position in Westlake, TX.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3–6 years of payroll experience, or equivalent.
• Experience with US/Canada payroll and regulatory compliance required.
• Knowledge of Workday and ADP systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process bi-weekly payroll for US/Canada hourly and salaried staff.
• Manage Time and Absence system for ~2,200 employees.
• Handle garnishments, tax and deduction elections.
• Respond to employee payroll questions and audits.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with ERISA, HIPAA, DOL, IRS, etc.
• Audit payroll data and reconcile quarterly tax returns.
