Job summary

Solera Corporation in Westlake, TX is seeking a Payroll Specialist to support end-to-end payroll operations across the US and Canada. You will focus on accurate data entry, validation, and coordination with vendors to ensure employees are paid correctly and on time.

Responsibilities include processing bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried staff, managing the Time and Absence system for about 2,200 employees, handling garnishments and tax elections, and auditing payroll data for compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3–6 years of direct Payroll experience.
• Experience with Workday or ADP preferred.
• Strong knowledge of payroll laws and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Process bi-weekly payroll for US and Canada (hourly and salaried).
• Manage Time and Absence system for ~2,200 employees.
• Process garnishments, tax and deduction elections.
• Interact with employees to resolve payroll questions.
• Audit payroll data for regulatory compliance (federal/state/local).
• Reconcile quarterly tax returns and W-2s.
