Solera in Westlake, Texas is seeking a Senior Payroll Manager to lead end-to-end payroll operations across North and South America, ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely delivery in a complex multi-country environment.

The role requires deep payroll expertise, regional leadership, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams including HR, Finance, Legal, Tax, and IT. You will drive governance, standardize processes, and build scalable payroll operations to support growth.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive payroll experience across multiple countries.
• 5+ years of payroll leadership including vendor and cross-functional teams.
• Experience with U.S., Canada, LATAM payroll environments.
• Familiarity with ADP or similar third-party providers.

Responsibilities

• Lead payroll operations across the Americas and ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Oversee country-level payroll execution and vendor performance.
• Develop governance, controls, and process improvements.
• Partner with HR, Finance, Tax, Legal, IT to meet business needs.
• Support audits with complete payroll documentation.
