Job summary

Solera in Westlake, TX, seeks a Senior Payroll Manager, Americas, to lead end-to-end payroll across the United States, Canada, Mexico and LATAM. You will drive accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery in a multi-entity environment while shaping payroll governance and transformation initiatives.

You will mentor payroll staff and vendor partners, partner with HR, Finance, Legal, Tax and IT, govern controls, and advance automation to scale operations, improve controls, and support the broader

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive payroll experience across multiple countries.
• Experience leading payroll teams, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of US/Canada regulations and payroll accounting practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead payroll operations across the Americas region (US, Canada, Mexico, LATAM).
• Develop and execute payroll strategy aligned with objectives and compliance.
• Provide regional oversight for accuracy, timeliness, controls, and vendor performance.
• Mentor payroll specialists and vendor partners responsible for country-level payroll execution.
• Establish payroll governance, escalation protocols, and documentation standards.
