Job summary

Solera Holdings, LLC. is seeking a seasoned Senior Payroll Manager for the Americas to lead end-to-end payroll operations across North and South America, including the US, Canada, Mexico, and LATAM.

The role focuses on accurate, compliant, and timely payroll delivery in a complex multi-country environment. The ideal candidate will drive governance, automation, and transformation, partner with HR, Finance, Legal, and IT, and mentor regional payroll teams to ensure scalable, high-quality payroll

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive payroll experience across multiple countries.
• 5+ years of payroll leadership with teams, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience overseeing payroll in the Americas (US/Canada/Mexico and LATAM).
• Strong knowledge of US and Canadian payroll regulations.
• Payroll accounting expertise: journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, variance analysis.
• Experience with ADP or similar providers.
• Experience leading payroll transformation or shared services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end payroll operations across the Americas.
• Develop and execute payroll strategy aligned with objectives.
• Oversee payroll accuracy, timeliness, controls, and vendor performance.
• Mentor payroll specialists and vendor partners.
• Establish payroll governance and documentation standards.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Legal, IT, Tax, Treasury and providers.
• Support audits with complete documentation.
• Drive standardization, automation, and scalability.
