Job summary

Harmer is seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to lead and continuously improve a complex, multi-state payroll function. You will oversee a sizable hourly and field-based workforce across multiple states, leveraging advanced ADP Workforce Now expertise.

You will develop payroll staff, troubleshoot advanced ADP issues, and ensure accurate, compliant payroll processing with strong analytics and Excel proficiency.

Qualifications

• Significant experience managing a complex, multi-state payroll function.
• Experience leading and developing payroll employees with delegation and performance management.
• Strong ADP Workforce Now expertise including payroll and timekeeping functionality.
• Advanced knowledge troubleshooting ADP Workforce Now issues and optimizing workflows.
