Job summary

CliftonLarsonAllen LLP (CLA) is seeking a Payroll Implementation Senior to lead the deployment of payroll systems for clients in the Austin area. You will work with HR, finance, and IT to ensure successful configuration, testing, and training during implementations.

Responsibilities include managing data migration, system setup, and timeline milestones, while maintaining compliance with payroll regulations. Strong ADP Workforce Now experience and HCM/payroll knowledge are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• 5 years payroll or HCMS experience required.
• ADP Workforce Now experience preferred.
• CPP, PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP preferred.
• Strong understanding of HCM/payroll.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation process for new payroll systems, including information gathering, system setup, and data migration.
• Coordinate with clients to understand their payroll needs and customize the system accordingly.
• Provide training to clients and their employees on the new payroll system.
• Manage the project timeline, ensuring milestones are met and implementation is on schedule.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during implementation.
• Collaborate with internal client teams, including IT and HR, to ensure seamless integration.
• Maintain detailed documentation of the implementation process and customizations.
• Continuously improve implementation processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
