Job summary

CliftonLarsonAllen LLP (CLA) is seeking a Payroll Implementation Senior to lead the deployment of payroll systems for clients in the Austin area. You will work with HR, finance, and IT to ensure successful configuration, testing, and training during implementations.

Responsibilities include managing data migration, system setup, and timeline milestones, while maintaining compliance with payroll regulations. Strong ADP Workforce Now experience and HCM/payroll knowledge are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• 5 years payroll or HCMS experience required.
• ADP Workforce Now experience preferred.
• CPP, PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP preferred.
• Strong understanding of HCM/payroll.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance requirements.

About the role:

CLA is looking to hire a Payroll Implementation Senior who will be responsible for the implementation of payroll systems and processes for clients. They work closely with client cross-functional teams, including HR, finance, and IT, to ensure the successful integration and implementation of new payroll software or upgrades. Analyzes business requirements, configuring payroll systems, conducting testing, and providing training and support to end-users. This role also ensures compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to payroll and maintains accurate payroll records.

As a Payroll Implementation Senior, you will:

What you will need:

• Bachelor's degree is required. Combination of relevant experience, education, and training may be accepted in lieu of degree.
• 5 years payroll or HCMS experience required
• ADP Workforce Now payroll experience is preferred
• CPP, PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP preferred.
• Strong understanding of HCM/payroll
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc)
