Job summary

CLA (CliftonLarsonAllen) is seeking a Payroll Implementation Senior to lead payroll system implementations, configuring and testing, and ensuring regulatory compliance. You will work with HR, IT, and finance teams to migrate data, train clients, and deliver projects on schedule.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of payroll or HCMS experience, with ADP Workforce Now preferred and CPP/PHR/SPHR/SHRM credentials desirable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; combination of education and experience may be considered.
• Minimum 5 years of payroll or HCMS experience.
• ADP Workforce Now payroll experience preferred.
• CPP/PHR/SPHR/SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certifications preferred.
• Strong understanding of HCM/payroll and compliance requirements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; proficiency with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of new payroll systems and data migration.
• Coordinate with clients to tailor payroll configurations to their needs.
• Train clients and employees on the new payroll system.
• Manage project timelines and ensure milestones are met.
• Troubleshoot issues and document the implementation process.
