CLA is hiring a Payroll Implementation Senior to lead client payroll system implementations, collaborating with HR, finance, and IT to ensure smooth integrations and regulatory compliance. You’ll analyze requirements, configure systems, perform data migration, and train end-users to maximize adoption and value.

You should have a Bachelor's degree, 5 years of payroll or HCMS experience, and familiarity with ADP Workforce Now.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required; combination of experience accepted.
• 5 years of payroll or HCMS experience.
• ADP Workforce Now payroll experience preferred.
• CPP/PHR/SPHR/SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP preferred.
• Strong understanding of HCM/payroll regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Lead payroll implementation projects from requirements gathering to go-live.
• Configure payroll systems and migrate data for clients.
• Provide training and support to end-users on the new system.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and finance for seamless integration.
• Maintain detailed implementation documentation and traceability.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and data accuracy throughout.
