Job summary

Neurosoft in the United States is seeking an experienced Payroll & HR Operations Team Lead / Senior Specialist to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant payroll and HR operations. You will own payroll processes, employee lifecycle tasks, and statutory requirements, collaborating with external providers and internal stakeholders.

The role requires hands-on management of ERGANI II and digital work card, strong Excel skills, and deep knowledge of Greek labor rules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or related field.
• 5+ years in payroll or HR operations.
• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Fluency in Greek and English (oral and written).
• Experience with ERGANI II and Digital Work Card.

Responsibilities

• Manage payroll data collection, validation, and submission to external payroll provider.
• Coordinate monthly payroll cycle, investigate discrepancies, ensure timely processing.
• Handle ERGANI II, Digital Work Card, and related submissions.
• Oversee onboarding/offboarding and employment documentation.
• Monitor Greek labor law changes and ensure compliance across HR processes.
• Liaise with Labor Inspectorate and authorities as needed.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems.
• Prepare regular payroll and HR reports with insights.
