Job summary

Saronic Technologies is seeking a senior HRIS professional to lead implementation, management, and optimization of Paycom and other HRIS platforms, partnering with Payroll, IT, Benefits, and Recruiting to support complex operations.

This hybrid role combines HRIS expertise with data analytics, building dashboards in Excel, Power Query, and Power BI, and driving automation across HR processes while ensuring compliance across local and US regulations.

Qualifications

5–7 years of HRIS administration or People Operations experience.
Hands-on with modern HRIS platforms (Paycom, Workday required).
Strong HR processes knowledge (onboarding, benefits, compliance).
Comfortable in ambiguous, fast-paced startup environments.

Responsibilities

Manage, maintain, and improve HRIS Paycom and Workday.
Partner with vendors and internal stakeholders to troubleshoot system issues.
Ensure data integrity across payroll, benefits, time tracking, and performance management.
Build reports and dashboards using Excel, Power Query, and Power BI.
Lead automation initiatives (Power Automate) to streamline HR processes.
Support onboarding through offboarding workflows.
Administer background checks and drug screening.
Maintain compliant employee records.
Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws.
Respond to employee inquiries.
Support ad hoc People projects.
