Job summary

humani is seeking an experienced HR & Payroll Software Consultant to join its HR Applications Services & Support team. The role focuses on implementing and optimizing SCAN HRMS, managing client projects, configuring the system, and delivering end-user training to ensure successful deployments.

Ideal candidates will have payroll administration experience, knowledge of Greek labour legislation, and strong English and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Human Resources or related field.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in Payroll, HR Administration or HR & Payroll Consulting.
  • Proven hands-on experience with SCAN HRMS (mandatory).
  • Excellent knowledge of Greek Labour and Social Security legislation.
  • Very good command of English (written and spoken).
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Our client, a leading software and technology organization, is looking for an experienced HR & Payroll Software Consultant | SCAN HRMS to join its HR Applications Services & Support team.

This role is ideal for professionals with solid experience in payroll administration, Greek labour legislation and SCAN HRMS, who are looking to transition into a consulting role, supporting clients in the successful implementation and optimization of HR & Payroll software solutions.

Mission: You will act as a trusted advisor throughout the implementation lifecycle of the SCAN HRMS platform. You will manage implementation projects, analyze business requirements, configure the application according to customer needs, deliver user training and support, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and high customer satisfaction.

The Opportunity

You will be responsible for:
