Job summary

The A's are seeking a Senior Coordinator, Payroll in Las Vegas to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations. This role collaborates with People Operations and Finance to maintain payroll data integrity and confidentiality.

The ideal candidate will bring multi-state payroll experience, a strong eye for detail, and proficiency with ADP and HRIS systems, supporting compliance and reporting efforts across the organization.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of payroll processing experience.
• Experience with multi-state payroll and ADP or HRIS.
• Strong data accuracy and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Process end-to-end payroll for employees.
• Manage vacation/sick leave accruals.
• Prepare quarterly payroll tax returns and year-end W-2 processing.
• Resolve payroll inquiries from employees and stakeholders.
• Coordinate payroll processing with ADP and payroll service providers.
• Provide payroll reports to Accounting for GL posting and month-end close.
• Reconcile 401(k) contributions.
• Assist with payroll reconciliations for MLB operations.
