The ideal candidate has extensive experience with Deltek Costpoint, ADP, and union-related payrolls, plus a solid grasp of FAR and GAAP. This position offers a competitive package and a benefits program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field required; four years of experience may substitute for each year of the degree.
• Four years of experience with computerized payroll software (ADP, Costpoint, Deltek) and at least 3 years of managerial experience preferred.
• Direct experience with Deltek Costpoint and Government Accounting/Payroll processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily payroll operations and ensure accurate, timely employee compensation.
• Review personnel records for pay rates, classifications, and status changes.
• Supervise payroll staff, assign duties, and ensure policy adherence.
• Reconcile payroll-related ledgers and ensure financial integrity.
• Manage payroll system processing and timely regulatory reporting.
